I thought I should give myself a theme for when designing a character for my show reel because I found it was just far too hard to randomly come up with something.
So here I have looked at a few ideas that I like such as Warriors (inspired by my love of game characters), teenage stereotypes (I think they would make for fun exploration through the styles and contrast of the characters), monsters, super heroes etc.
I also noted down some of the artists who I find inspiring through their character work; Kienan Lafferty, Brittney Lee and Claire Keane.
At the moment I am torn between the warriors theme and the teenage stereotypes.
